Welcome to our website where we offer Tall Bearded Iris, Intermediate and Dwarf Bearded Iris, Louisiana and Japanese Iris and Daylilies from our collection of around 1500 varieties.

Over November I will make available more varieties and photos in the Online Shop. Most varieties will remain as sold out until I complete our post Open Garden stocktake in November. Please use the Online Shop to make and email a wish-list if you would like to order and what you like is sold out for now. This will enable me to check supplies for you.

Riverina Iris Farm specialises in Bearded Iris and Daylilies with a small range of other plants that we love and grow in our garden. There are limited numbers of each variety available, however we will do our best to supply your order or substitutes from your wish-list. It is with great pleasure we share these wonderful hardy plants with keen gardeners all over Australia, particularly those in the inland of NSW and Victoria who are close enough to visit in Spring. Orders can be posted to most locations in Australia.

Our Open Days

We open in October each year for Iris flowering and in December for Dayliliy flowering. For 2023 we will open daily from the 14th October to the 30th October (10 am to 4 pm) and the first weekend in November. We may open other days by appointment. We will open for daylilies on the weekends of Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd and Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of December 2023 and throughout the summer by appointment.

What can you expect to see? In early October the Intermediate and Dwarf iris and limited numbers of very early flowering Tall iris will be on display. The peak bloom season for the Tall Bearded Iris is mid-October to the end of October with a relatively small number flowering up until mid-November. The Louisiana Iris typically flower from late October.

We have about 200 daylilies which flower over summer starting just as the irises finish flowering in November. About 50 will be available in pots in October with bare rooted varieties available in April 2024.
