Riverina Iris Farm makes every effort to grow healthy plants and provide the variety ordered and as labelled. We are careful with packing and handling our plants. It is important you unpack, plant and care for the plants as soon as possible once they arrive. They will deteriorate quickly if left in the bags. Please read our advisory notes for growing irises and daylilies to give your plants the best chance of establishing.

Privacy

We use the Bendigo Bank, Paypal or the Square App to process your payments, and do not store your credit card details. Details that you have provided (address, phone etc.) are kept secure and we do not share these with third parties and will only be used for minimal mail-outs.

Postal Orders

Please note the plants are sent be express post and insured. Please notify us if you will be away from your delivery address so we can take this into account when sending your plants.

The website is set for postal orders of about 12 plants. If you can pick your order up, please deduct the postal cost. Postage for large orders may be extra. There are additional charges of orders from WA and Tasmania for the required spraying and Health Certificates.

Refunds & Returns

Should you believe you have been provided with the incorrect variety (mistakes do happen despite our best efforts) please take photos and call to discuss possible replacement. Otherwise we do not accept returns or refunds.
